 lilbuddy that is correct (kinda)  based on a few things.... one being what you eat. If you have a big scoop of ice cream before bed that's definitely not good. By eating 6+ times a day your keeping your metabolism up which is aiding in burning calories. If you eat 2 to 3 times a day and have a snack before bed.... again.. not good!  you will gain weight because when your sleeping your bodies not burning any of the calories you've taken in. Your late meal should always be the smallest in calories. I eat dinner at 6 ish and will have a small low calorie snack around 8 then i'm done...going to bed around 9:30 or 10:00

The biggest meal of the day should be breakfast since you've been sleeping all night your doing just that  "breaking the fast"  which helps kick start your body into work mode.
