8 pounds in a week is awesome... biggest loser numbers!

I cut out sugar and eat 10-20 carbs a day and I lost 80 pounds in the last year with no exercise. Played tennis a few times this summer :)
Blood pressure is way down, blood tests came back great... and appetite has gone way down. btw - I'm 6'-4 270 now.
