Thanks for the welcome guys.  I've owned quite a few of the 2wd versions, from a '71 HiLux to an '82, so motor-wise I'm well versed.  But this is my first 4x4 ever, and of course the 4x4's have more to them...along with being more fun, as I've learned for the low miles I've been able to log so far.  Aside from a 5-speed upgrade (already found an L52 for $90) I plan on keeping it pretty stock.  Maybe upgrade axle seals and stuff of that nature, otherwise she's close to perfect to me as she is.  Although, I'll definitely be hitting you guys up for advice and direction.

Had to have it towed from my grandparents home to my place due to a bad accelerator pump on the now 20+ year old Weber my grandfather installed a few years after buying her.  New Weber just arrived so that will be installed shortly.
