I bought a truck and somebody put the timing chain on wrong with the cam gear off 180 degrees from the crank.  What should I do?

The valves are bent, pull head fix
3 (23.1%)
valves are fine, fix timing chain
3 (23.1%)
valves may/may not be fine, fix timing chain and see
3 (23.1%)
valves may/may not be fine, pull head and fix everything

ARP head studs, good surface on block deck and head deck with a factory Toyota HG, clean and proper torque... you will not have an issue!
