Well I tried just swapping the transfer case.....Bolted right up everything looked good......won't shift into 4wd!
I think I may have bent a shift rod putting it in or....The shift rods are the wrong ones. I am gonna pull it tomorrow and check things out and I gotta make a new intermediate shaft cuz the bolt patterns are diffrent on the rear output flange, That's okay thou because all the other flanges were the same large bolt size except for that one.  Gotta love a Frankentruck  8)

Good thing is, Just the output bearing is bad on the other Tcase so the reduction box is still good for a doubler and the Tcase is still good for a core.   Silver linings right.
