what are your guys thoughts on how much to cut off each individual spring?   you have your main leaf and wrap then each leaf from there after progressively get's smaller... but by how much?  does it matter?  i'd imagine the more spring you leave the stiffer the ride.

I don't know how much it matters as far as how much to cut off between leafs...but you'd be right in thinking that the longer they are they should be a bit stiffer. I just kinda gauged what the spread was in the stock pack and cut the 'added in' leafs to follow suit with those.  I figure it's easier to go with what's there (basically) without overthinking the whole process and adjust it later if need be.
