The ram I have has a 5.25" stroke. My steering from stop to stop is 5.25" but I may back off the stops a tad to have a 1/16 of give on either side. The box is what's giving me issues. The steering hits the stops, the ram limits out, but the box keeps pushing. I need to limit the box somehow. Knowing not to steer all the way to the stops isn't going to stop me from doing it :p
get use to it. everyone i know with hydro assist has the same issue.
