from what i can find this is a fuel pulsation dampner hose and bolts to the end of the fuel rail under the plunum and pretty common to start leaking in this generation of truck due to its age i guess, 155 dollars from toyota and its a dealer only part there are aftermarket companies that sell this but no-0ne has found one that fits good and with it being a fuel line i really dont want leaks. looks like i get to take off my intake manifold. yay!
