I agree with the "get new glasses" comment...or maybe do some super duper reflex exercises like they do in NASA to work on your eye/hand coordination.
Honestly, to me, running low, low, low with 2.28/4.7/5.29's is almost sleep inspiring...only to be used in the absolutely most technical sections where tire placement is beyond crucial. If you can't keep up with this combo, you should perhaps choose a new hobby....like quilting.
