I have a 1 inch bore mc off a V6 4runner, V6 calipers, and vented rotors. Mine pedal is really stiff. I'm a big guy and I have to push hard just to come to a slow rolling stop. I was referring to the pbb topic about upgrading to the dual diaphragm booster. It's suppose to help a lot with a bigger mc.
