Well I started to put on the slickfit headers and ran into a clearance problem on both sides with a few items.  First was the water plug on the RH side.  I grinded down the head of the plug to make it flush with the block.  There was still enough depth in the internal pocket to get it out if need be but highly doubt Im going to have the need.  Also there is a sensor on the bottom that was in the way.  So I grinded a bit off the top and inboard side towards the block.  Install gasket and tighten from center bots outward.  On the LH side there is the same bottom sensor that needed to be grinded a bit but also instead of a water plug there was a sensor.  I removed the sensor and installed a water plug.  Then grinded the crap out of it like I did the right side.  Next I am working on welding and cleaning up the welds getting the mounts ready to be painted as so not to have surface rust.  Thats pretty much where im at now and next will be installing radiator and cooling.  Along with routing the return fuel line which will be a 3/8" HP line.
