I can believe that. People are actually that selfish these days. We ran into the same thing while we were vacationing on Whidby Island in Washinton state. The locals were complaining about the same thing. I couldnt understand why, the base has been there forever and they havnt. No matter the story behind the story, it all comes down to the selfishness of the common American these days
My usual response to this, if it's a civilian or a military airport. Is to ask how long after they bought their house did the base go in.
