Toolbox with general purpose and some specialty tools

adjustable wrenches (commonly called "crescent/monkey wrenches) one each 8 and 10 inch

diagonal cutters (commonly called "dykes" or wire cutters)

files - 1 round, one course flat and one fine flat
paint scraper

1/4 inch drive SAE and Metric deep or standard socket sets

pair of 10,000-20,000 pound safety chains with "chain unions" at each end, 6-8 feet long. Necessary for using tow bar and great for rigging for recovery.
20-30 foot recovery strap (2 inch or wider)
Quick throw rope. 30-50 foot. 8-10 MM climbing rope is best

Survival food - Military MRE's are great for "shelf life" and some come with heaters
