People always ask me whats the lowest ill take, or will i negotiate, I tell them plain and simple, I dont negotiate over the phone, they can come look if they like, bring cash, and maybe we can talk.
I LOVE ads that say 2200 OBO, but ill work with you on price. Why the hell would I give you 2200 when you plainly just stated I can give you less?
