Well, Jeff has said he is refunding my money via a check and that it was going in the mail this week...I have my doubts considering all the rumors I've heard from others on various forums via emails and PMs, but I am hopeful...I'll keep you posted.
In the meantime, you are a fool if you even consider buying anything from this guy, hardluck story or not, right now his business/life are in the crapper. I can appreciate some of you guys who are defending him as his friends, so be a friend and loan him some money to pay me!
