Sounds like u need a bigger rad I run a full size ford rad in my bed with a 160 stat and it purrs at 170 to 200 depending if im on road or trail try connecting a couple flex hoses if u don't want to convert to the bed make them two feet long from the intake and from the pump the more coolant u have the better off u r.
