I will tell you what you want to hear. You made the right choice. That is a great winch. Im just too cheap to spend alot on something i never really use
I know that once I got my 8274 I used it for everything. I attached a block to the rafters in the shop and took a body off a pickup, hauled in a couple logs, I even righted a flopped forklift. You can do anything you can think of with a good winch.
Get a good one though cuz I had a harbor freight and lost reverse (power out).
