I would recomend getting the hella H4 conversion for your sealed beam driving lights first. They are a great upgrade to start with, and if you end up needing more light you can always get an extra set of mounted lights later, and you'll have good output on all 4 bulbs rather than just the two mounted.
I've seen the full conversion kits WITH bulbs for around $100 on ebay. Another good upgrade is to upgrade your light wiring harness that way you get direct power to the bulbs rather then sending it through the switch on your steering column. That gets kind of pricey though. and I don't have the information off hand. I'll try to find the guy that makes them.
