Looks like a good start, keep on it and it'll be a lot of fun. What are you going to run for front springs? Look into RUF swap since you're doing 63s out back; they move the axle forward a bit and give some lift... there's a ton of info for this; and it's cheap and easy. Just like me.
My 84 and the flatbed that came with it and I like my Chevy springs but need bumpstops soon. I have plans drawn up for under-bed storage and lowering it a few inches. The previous owner thought he could weld and "welded" the bed right to the frame... without plating or bracing.
Presonally I'd say ditch that sorry front bumper next, if you need a front turn signal I have a few lying around.
