thanks guys, found one on carpart.com. was reprogrammed and installed by the dealer, paid $115 for that. some places quoted me as high as $500 for a basic reprogram (5 mins) and install (15 mins tops). only paid $150 for the used ecu so all is well. fingers crossed I don't get a check engine light again...
