I remeasured the difference in hub clearance, and the Chevy's are actually 3 3/4" and not 4"....Like i originally thought :hammerhead: .

Would it affect the integrity of the wheels too much, to take the difference out? Since the wheels are basically useless, i already took the Sawzall to one of em and widened the hole just for experimental purposes :screwy: ....And it leaves about 5/16" between the lug holes and the center hole. When i get the other done, im slapping em on there and driving it till they crack through or show some sign of added stress or unpredictability :driving: .

Just wondering if anyone has done this or if its already been done and failed :_oops: ?
