decided I wanted factory new parts and went to the dealer...
I will get all four of them tomorrow for about $25 (Ouch!) but hopefully it will be a long long time before I have to open the cases again.
I had to specify the thickness when I ordered, the order sheet was almost identical to the options given in the FSM (like I have pictured above)
