Since you have a 4runner, then swapping out fuel pumps is cake walk. Since you don't have to drop the tank. 
ya but im not a parts changer, i was really hopeing for some input on anything else that i should test? I dont understand how it has pressure in the line but the pump would be bad? Unless its just low pressure... I did do the jumper that looks like a T on the driverside inerfender next to the airfilter to listen to the fuel pump with the ignition on, but I did not hear anything :/
