The fan is an E-bay'd Zirgo unit. I had to space it out about 1/2" as out of the box it kinda rubbed through the vanes. I didn't know until it was all the way through. I found out while rolling through tech inspection at the Lonestar Cruiser Roundup a few years back. It is quite a tight squeeze, but just fits. I think it's the highest CFM model they make. It is also wired to a master switch for water crossings. I also used a relay form a Ford Taurus in the circuit. I figured since it handles the kick ou amp draw of one of those monster fans, it would handle the Zirgo would be no sweat, and it has given me no problems.
Thanks for the props on the bumper, it is my interpretation of the MetalTech design. I had a friend with a bender in Virginia do all the bending.
