Yes, you can use a regular wrench or socket to remove the smaller "switch" sender, but I do not know what size it is.

For the larger sender, you can just use a regular crimped end, like C5 in this picture:


I had to do this with my 3RZ since it's engine harness used a totally different style plug, so I cut it off and just used a crimp just like C5 above.
