it takes place at a dead stop making a turn or parked and turning....popping takes place under 2wd....can't be trunnion bearings or birfs.....replaced trunnion bearing w/ trunnion eleminator kit and I also have 30 spline chromos....popping took place before kit was installed.

I inspected my 30's and are in great condition.....haven't checked my springs yet but it feels like it's coming from my drag links. You can some what feel the pop when you turn left but both drag links are snug and sound.
