Ok i took it apart and from the diagrams that rocksurf gave me, it seems i'm missing the tensioner spring for the "follower paw" and the seal was torn in two. Found mud water and grease all mixed in probably prevented the clutch from moving. Would that missing tension spring be the reason for why its not unlocking?
