Does he need to change the suspension and axles and add an exo cage to get to school, probably not. But he is probably paying cash sooo he is free and clear more than likely lol
my A-arm mounting on my frame was bent and could not properly align the front end.. thus ate up tires! SO the only way I could properly fix it was to cut the IFS off and SAS it!
But I didnt use it all for that, helped with the cost of living and tools.....
