Ford said that it was "dusted" They tried to blame me for not changing the air filter. They said that because I didn't change the air filter often enough, it had become plugged and allowed dirt to get through.  The signs of this were all there. i.e.- turbo fins were worn(turbo was replaced under warranty also.)and 3 cylinders had less then 1/2 compresion.
I fought them through the BBB and I won. Ford was forced to replace the motor. They ordered a new motor (everything including new injectors, even the valve covers are new. And since they replaced the turbo before the motor that was covered also.

I don't know what the real cause of the dusting was but when I bought the truck it had 60k miles and I had it checked out very througholy by a ford dealer. I had/have receipts for all oil changes(every 5k miles) and air filters every 12k miles.

The truck also has 6 new tires and new brakes all the way around.
