Good luck with that... ours (prop 215 in Cali) was so poorly written, full of loopholes and vague that all it did was open up a huge can-o-worms. I understand (and agree with) the claimed intent, but ye gads what a nightmare. It's practically wide open, wild west, anything goes, and that's
