I had mine installed on the face of the radiator kinda old school from the 80's style. Seemed to have engine heat issues so I mounted it off the frame inside the engine compartment with it's own fan. Haven't been out wheelin' yet to check for any improvements but I'm sure this will work better. It's just a simple 1"thk x 5" x 10" cooler, I think I bought it at NAPA.
