I did do it that way, but also did the opposite just in case since the vacuum bleed kit says to do it this way

I already had the kit to check for vacuum problems on an old accord I had. Bleeding the LSPV is news to me so I did not do this. That makes me think this is the problem. How do I do it? I don't see a bleeder on the component layout.
