If you disconnect the hose the problem goes away. If you disconnect it and cap the valve cover it still does it. If I allow air into the crank case from anywhere it stops making the high pitched noise. I was looking at my buddys truck he has positive crank case pressure not negative vacuum like mine. I've tested
everything and can't figure out the source of the problem
