Yes, 1-5/8" for the 1.5" die. Most of the small steel sales fab shops don't have the 1-5/8" tube in stock, but they should be able to order you some. Since pipe is measured by the inside diameter and tube is measured by the outside diameter, you have to match the tube the actual size of the die, and not the stamped size on the die.
