the fittings are not plugged and yes the valve cover baffle is in good shape. i know what pcv is and what it stands for i know how it works. i work on truck for a living. the issue isnt the pcv its that the intake is making to much vacuum. the pcv with the engine running keeps the crank case at manifold vacuum. so if there was a issue with the pcv then the crank has would have low vacuum or pressure in it. that not being the case i need to figure out why i have such high manifold vacuum.
