The mini truck axles are a few inches narrower. I don't remember the numbers off the top of my head but search around u will find some stuff. IIRC the bell housing from the 3.4 will bolt to 4runner tranny and you won't need an adapter. I choose to keep mine right hand drop so what do I know.
