The truck that i swapped was a automatic so it may have been a little diffrent when it came to the harness. as for a rebuilt RE engine they go for about 1200 all the way up to 4 or 5 grand for a LC stroker unit. or u can just start with a used Re unit and freshen it up for around 400-500 bucks using engine builders stuff. But heck if u are gona spend the money i would just redo the turbo motor with good parts and have a motor that puts out around 250hp at the crank and b done with it. That's just me though. Since i re did my turbo motor i have had zero engine problems in 40,000 miles and i am not easy on it in the least bit. Just my 2 cents.
