It is out of an auto truck or runner.  86-88 I think.  And if the wires and harness behind the gauges are still OK then just look for a new cluster.  With the gauges that don't work, test them with a meter to see if you are even getting power to them.  Sometimes the wires are just loose in the harness or hell not even plugged in. 

thats the problem, the PO hacked the wires behind the cluster, I think I have the correct diagram for the wire colors but need to know where to put them in the cluster harness(the pins move around depending on years)
