Yeah, it's def an electrical problem if you put fuel in the thing and got no spark. I'd suspect that maybe the main lead to the distributor got whacked out of place or some wire is bent/damaged near the front of the engine. (also if you say, put the distributor in horribly wrong(180 degrees off - not sure if that's possible on a 22RE, though...) by mistake or got a spark plug wire out of order it can also just not fire up)
