I think all the lift parts would be safe if he's A: planning on selling it, B: preparing for a SAS, typically, in order to clear the axle, the frame portion of the IFS brackets must be cut off, therefor leaving all the lift components safe, then either cutting the upper control arms, or unbolting... leaves most of the lift attached to itself and now scrap steel
