It does.
I remember because i drove it once. And im not sure which it hits, but it does make contact.
It does not hit in 2wd, but it does in either low range or 4wd it does hit the shifter in a couple gears.
That is with the marlin twin sticks, i don't know if any other kit would be different since some others have curved shifters that may stop it from contacting.
