Can I replace those without removing the cams? Does anyone have a guide as to how to do this? Does it involve removing the cam gears or, if if have to pull the cams, will the just come out?

    just remove your intake and then your valve cover, then your rear cam bearing and pull on the plug straight up, then put a film of rtv on the plug and two dollips of rtv where the other half of the cam cup joins the plug and torque to the right spec and walla! no more leak!
