Very common for the rear cam plugs to leak at the rear of both heads. Hard to locate and a bugger to reseal.

Can I replace those without removing the cams? Does anyone have a guide as to how to do this? Does it involve removing the cam gears or, if if have to pull the cams, will the just come out?
