This guy across the street does this every day when he pulls in or out of his driveway. 
The guy that used to live in the rental caddy corner to me used to do the same thing. Except he did it in a Dodge 2500.
Poor truck
The guy would come out, start the truck, throw it in reverse, romp on it out of the driveway, throw it in first, then romp on it through the gears all the way down the road. Keep in mind this is at 7 am, in 0-20* weather.
