It seems to me that there essentially 4 ways to change the angle on the front driveshaft. At least around here anyways.
1) High-pinion as you have already mentioned.
2) Change the position of the front axle by moving forward (or backward, but I can't imagine why someone would move it back).
3) Install a crawl box, although, drive line angle is not really the main feature of a crawl box, but it does change the drive line angle for what I believe to be the better.
and
4) Rotate the axle housing. Unfortunately, rotating the front axle housing is much more complicated than doing so in the rear. The main reason is b/c rotating the front axle greatly affects the steering. If I understand correctly, others have done this, but it requires cutting off the knuckle balls on each end of the housing, and rotating them to the angle you want, and welding them back on.

, someone, please say otherwise, but these are the only way I know to change the drive shaft/pinion angle.
