there are alot of write ups on this on here.... its cheap, i run one on my daily driver. you just have to get used to the tire chirp and change your driving style accordingly.  it also wears tires out faster but hey, offroad they rock   If you wheel alot and dont drive a whole lot in town then weld it. if you have the funds get a selectable like an Elocker or an arb. there's my
