Very nice... You end up using the 110 welder?  Looks like you are having an easier time getting buildup on your welds.  My 220 wants to blow through that thin sheetmetal no matter how i set it.
I started with the 110 and it was working great until i ran out of wire for it, then I started to use the 220 just to see if I could get something done with it and it has been doing well so far. It still blows through the thin stuff, but the metal on the door jams and floor are a little thicker than the rest of the stuff on the cab so I haven't had too much trouble. I still get some sections that just disintegrate on me even though everything i've welded on it has been all tack welds...tons of tack welds
