thanks for the comments dudes!  its coming along good.  I didnt make as much progress today as i wanted. Woke up with a bad headache and it pretty much ruined most of my day, didnt start workin on it until four.  I did get the ugly rear x member cut out (the one that holds the spare tire)  i did a bunch of grinding on the frame and got rid of old mounts and other garbage.  Plan for tomorrow night is to get the new rear x-member put it with a reciever tube welded in, and get the back of the bed tacked on.

Hey Douglas that would be sweet if we can get that engine hoist over to my place tomorrow!  If not its cool, cuz i probly wont work on it tuesday or wednesday.
