There are adapters for the W56 and R151 transmissions. The 1uzFE is mated to the A340E transmission witch is basically the same as the Toyota A340F only with the 4wd output. there are a few subtle differences but they can be made to work. You can also use the A340e that came with it so the electronics all match up and get Inchworm's Pre-runer adapter to mate it to a standard right side drop Toyota gear driven transfer case.
