I am getting ready to install some Ford rears and I have a question. First, I am just learning as will be quite obvious so keep that in mind. And I am not trying to hijack your thread!! Just trying to learn from your process.

My question looking at this picture.

I thought that the rear shackles should be at about 45 degrees slant rearwards. These seems almost verticle; maybe about 10-20 degrees. I always though that would be a problem. No?

What is the ideal shackle angle for an 80% street driven truck but still get good movement off-road with the 54" Ford springs?

Thanks
